These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TagBet website, services, and games (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not residing in a restricted jurisdiction (see Section 14).
2. Account Registration
- You may hold only one (1) account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
- The Company reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including requesting government-issued ID, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation (KYC/AML compliance).
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending KYC checks. The Company reserves the right to refuse, hold, or reverse any transaction it deems suspicious, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of the Company and are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions specified at the time of issue. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting and collusion — will result in forfeiture and possible account closure.
5. Fair Play & Game Rules
All games offered through the Service are powered by independent, audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party providers. Outcomes are determined entirely by chance. Disputes over game outcomes will be resolved based on the server-side logs of the relevant game provider.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the Service
- Collusion, fraud, money laundering, or chargeback abuse
- Exploitation of bugs or game malfunctions — winnings from such exploits will be voided
- Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions
- Engaging in abusive conduct toward staff or other users
7. Account Suspension and Closure
The Company may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or in compliance with regulatory obligations. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered dormant. A monthly administrative fee may apply to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, and game assets — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Company's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you deposited in the ninety (90) days preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute should first be raised with our customer support team. If unresolved, you may escalate to the Anjouan Gaming Board through our independent ADR process. The Company's internal complaints procedure must be exhausted before engaging external ADR services.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Anjouan. The courts of Anjouan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
14. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Service is not available to residents of: the United States of America, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Israel, Curaçao, all FATF-blacklisted countries, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
15. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
